Weekends can get hectic, and finding a fun, easy activity for the kids isn’t always simple. That’s why my wife and I are hosting a stress-free, 100% free event just for our neighbors—where the kids can run, jump, and play while parents relax and connect.

And if you’re wondering, “What’s the catch?”—there isn’t one.

• ✔️ Just a free, fun afternoon for the kids (and a chance for us to meet you).

I’m a real estate agent here in Scottsdale with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, but more importantly, I’m your neighbor. This isn’t about business—it’s about building a great community.

KTR is the ultimate play zone, and we’ve reserved the space just for our neighbors!

• 🏀 Dodgeball & Basketball – Friendly, active fun for all ages.
• 🤸 Trampoline Park – Bounce, flip, and fly across wall-to-wall trampolines.
• 🧗 Rock Climbing & Ninja Warrior Course – For the little adventurers ready for a challenge!
• 🛹 Skate Park & Scooters – Safe, supervised excitement for kids who love to roll.
• 💨 Tumble Tracks & Parkour Zones – Let them climb, jump, and burn off that weekend energy!

⚠️ Parents, please plan to stay during the event. While KTR staff ensures a safe environment, this is a great opportunity to cheer on your kids and connect with other local families!
