My husband, Howard and I went down to Phoenix with Dario. It was an amazing experience. Dario showed us around. We were in for a surprise. We went to so many places. From one place to another and talking to so many people.
During the trip, I saw how passionate and committed Dario was to his business. His passion grew on me and I knew I had to start doing something if I wanted to have financial freedom.
I agree with Rejean, the trip made me realize I was holding back and needed to face my fears..
After the trip, something has changed. I’ve been actively writing offers and now have properties under contract. I haven’t stopped since. For me, that’s a big accomplishment.
Going to Phoenix with Dario was worth it.

Although I have been to Phoenix a few times in the past for investment purposes, going down with Dario was an amazing experience. Having an investor with as much experience as Dario showing me around and pointing out key details really helped me more than I can believe.
There are so many fears and assumptions I have developed over the years and having someone who can show you the opportunities, teach you how to profit from them and still tell you what pitfalls to avoid is invaluable. I realize now how much I was held back by what i thought were problems, however for someone with a lot of experience there are easy solutions, and even opportunities to make a deal more profitable.
Its very exciting to be apart of the world of such a high caliper investor, and I now realize how far I will have to go before I can consider myself a seasoned investor. I can now see how someone who went bankrupt can make their millions back very quickly just because of what they know.
Upon returning home I followed up my trip with numerous offers in the same areas where we were viewing properties. I now have several deals under contract and should be closing shortly on the first one where I hope to make about $10,000.
Truthfully, I hope this class is available for a long time because I plan on re-attending many times
